She was predeceased by: her father George Scarberry. She is survived by: her mother Clara Smathers Scarberry of McArthur; her children, Michael Gilliland of McArthur and Megan Carr (Cyrus) of McArthur; her grandson Cyrus Michael Carr; and her siblings, Gregory Scarberry (Cathy) of McArthur, Carol Whaley (David) of McArthur, Lois Storms of McArthur and Kim Jeffries (Ray) of Wellston. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Charlene Gilliland to your local animal shelter.
