Carlos Sweeney Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Sweeney of McArthur, Ohio, who passed away on March 27, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Sweeney and Eulah Whitt; his wife Sandra Scott Sweeney; and his siblings, Benny, Raymond, Everett Lee, Delbert, Mary Ruth Wiley, Esterrah Crown and Pauline Hall.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Christopher David Scott and Timothy Michael Scott (Abranda); and his stepgrandchildren, Dalton, Julia, Lucas, Garret, Jon and River Scott. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home (135 Broadway St, Jackson, OH 45640). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
