He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Austin "Butch" Owings and Karen Sue Sowers Owings; and his brother Ricky Owings. He is survived by: his sons, Austin Owings (Beth) and Alex Owings (Mackenzie); his grandsons, Theo, Zephyr and Ricky; his siblings, Pam Jarvis (Earl) and Butch Owings (Johnna); his sister-in-law Trudy Owings; the mother of his children Michelle Immell; and his close friend Curtis Webb. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
