He is survived by: his wife Marianne Stark Fortuna of Bridgeport, OH; his sons, Jonathan Fortuna of Houston, TX., Mark Fortuna of Bridgeport and Daniel Fortuna (Lynne) of Uniontown, OH; his sisters, Madelyn Witsberger (Paul) of Maynard and Joan Mora-Pinto of Middleburg Heights, OH; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn Carkhuff (Stephen) and Alyssa Fortuna; and his great grandchild Raelynn.
