He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Shenyey and Maria Elena Lopez; and his brother Joseph A. Shenyey. He is survived by: his children, Abigail Stafford, Brittany Lopez and Jarred Esselman; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Carter, Isabella, Aiden and Claire; his sibling-in-law Kim Shenyey; his uncle Peter Shenyey (Laura); his cousins, Jenna Hogan and George Attwood (Audrey); and also Lisa Lopez Yesko.
