She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Garrett and Hattie Garrett; her son Johhny Frame; and her sister Judy Cappelman. She is survived by: her husband Billy Frame; her children, Jeannette Gordon (Joel) and Jimmy Frame (Michele); her grandchildren, Blake, Brooke (Richie), Nicole (Tom), Ashley and Travis; her great grandchildren, Alina, Callen and Khaza Joel; and her siblings, Thomas Garret (Betty) and Nancy Kifer. She is also survived by her family and friends.
