He is survived by: his wife Jamie Curtis; his sons, Chandler (Emma), Evan, Skyler (Ellie) and Cooper; his grandchildren, Oliver, River and Charlotte; his siblings, Susan Curtis Ifergan (Charles) of Chicago and Wayne Curtis (Amelia) of Washington; and his sister-in-law Jodi Meilstrup (Michael).
