She was predeceased by: her husband John Andrews; and her siblings, Vincenta Ferguson (William), Julia Frankino (Frank), Rose Amendolaro (Frank) and Alex Panno (Nancy).

She is survived by: her daughters, Karen M Migliaccio (Gerald) of Hilton Head, SC, Carolyn M Banning (late Daniel) of Mentor and Eileen M Allen (David) of Carmel, Indiana.; and her grandchildren, Daniel, Christine and Maribeth.

In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made in Helen's memory to St Paschal Baylon Parish, 5384 Wilson Mills Rd., Highland Hts., Ohio 44143.
