He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary O'Brien Jeffreys and Edward Richard Jeffreys; and his sister Mary Beth Telfer. He is survived by: his spouse Leslie Cohen; his daughters, Darya Jeffreys Klammer (Joseph Randy Klammer) and Maureen Jeffreys (Michael Bergsman); and his grandchildren, Mason Klammer, Cordelia Klammer, Clea Bergsman and Milo Bergsman.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel (1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118).
