He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard A. Mitchell and Esther J. Mitchell (Weinberger); and his wife Janet E. Mitchell (Kondash). He is survived by: his children, David Mitchell (Amy) and Jeanean Perkey (Bryan); his grandsons, Justin Mitchell, Drew Weber (Hannah), Ryan Summers and Jace Perkey; his great grandchild Sterling Mitchell; and his granddaughters, Shannon Mitchell and Jema Perkey.
