He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Phipps and Hazel Phipps Sr. (Senter); and his wife Janice Phipps (Wogsland). He is survived by : his daughters, Wendy Echelberry (Dan) and Wanda Brotzki (Pete); his granddaughters, Breanna Carpenter (Andre), Danielle Overholt (Aaron), Zandra Echelberry, Sydney Mason and Taylor Mason; and his sisters, Patricia Wiley and Joy Curry.
