He was predeceased by: his parents, John, Sr. Antkowiak and Rose Antkowiak (Kwiatkowski); his wife Sue; and his brothers, John Jr. and Albert.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Harberson (Alan), Tracy Potts (John) and Tammy Michalak (Scott); his grandchildren, Nicholas Harberson (Louie), Rachael Fasnaugh (Brandi), Mitchell Harberson, Jacob Potts, Samuel Potts (Cait), Olivia Potts (Alex) and Nathan Michalak; and his friend Paul Valiquette. He is also survived by his family and friends.
