She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Poplawski and Veronica Poplawski (Kaszubinski); her husband Lawrence "Larry" Mikolajczyk; her son Jeffrey Mikolajczyk; her siblings, Edmund Poplawski and Bernice Czubachowski; and her grandchildren, Kelly and Brittany Maynard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Maynard, Diane Spina (Mike), Paula Timmons (Toby) and Mary Brumm; and her sisters, Anna Wasylkowski and Elizabeth Tonkel. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
