She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Hegg and Vivian Hegg (Jacobson); her husband Richard Y. Rowley (Dick); her brother C. Steven Hegg; her brother-in-law James Rowley; and her son-in-law Burckhard Flemming.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Jim Stahl; her children, Sarah and Matt; her sister Susan Stahl (James); her sisters-in-law, Lynda Hegg and Phyllis Rowley; her nephews, Marshall McClung, III and Matthew Rowley (Christy); her niece Sarah Flemming (Rowley); and her grandchildren, Sonja Stolmar-McClung, Ora Moss, Ellen Flemming, Andrew Flemming, Dillon Flemming, Kennedy Rowley, Addison Rowley, Nick Hemmert, Aiden Hemmert and Averi Hemmert.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at 200 E Broadway St, Maumee, OH 43537. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Maumee in Sandra's honor.
