It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Stivers of Maumee, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Stivers and Shirley Stivers; and his brother Edward Stivers. He is survived by : his daughters, Kelly Cooper (Keith), Lisa Stivers (Le Guy) and Stacy Stivers (Adam Scarberry); his grandchildren, Andrew, Cody, Logan, Travis, Austin, Avery, Dallas, Hailey and Miranda; and his siblings, Melinda Duncan (Don) and William Stivers. He is also survived by one niece and one nephew, and many relatives.
