He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Heban and Mary Louise Heban (Jursa); his wife Doris Ann Donohue (Donohue); his granddaughter Catherine Heban; his brother Norb Heban; and his sister-in-law Judy Heban.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Albright (Jim), Rich Heban and Dennis Heban (Denise); his grandchildren, Dan Revill (Mitzi), Jake Revill (Stephanie), Anna Revill, Nicholas Heban, Corinne Heban and Elizabeth Heban; his great grandchild Alexa Revill; and his siblings, Steve Heban (Ann), Nancy Poupard (Marc) and Marie Groves (Ron).
