We are sad to announce that on March 15, 2023, at the age of 80, Patricia Farley of Maumee, Ohio, born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Farley to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ott and Edna Ott (Boehm); and her husband John A. Farley. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Carol), Michelle, Patrick (Kathi) and Keri McCallister (Eric); and her grandchildren, Eliza Farley, Mackensi Crenshaw, Alex Farley, Isaac, Penny and Josie Farley. She is also survived by friends, cheering on her grandchildren and spending time with her family.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
