She was predeceased by : her husband Donald Swalla; her parents, William Anderson and Martha Anderson; her siblings, Thelma, Clayton, Dwain, Nora, Beulah, Bill and Lora Belle; and her grandson Jeremy Coger.

She is survived by : her sister Lora Gravish; her children, Stephen Swalla (Karen Haderman), Tracey Coger, Todd Swalla (Courtney Boxell) and Barbara Kiernan; her grandchildren, Brittni Kiernan (Ja'Marr Eaton) and Connor Kiernan; her great grandchildren, Lucy Demmy, Zayvian, Zyair, Zariah, Sean Robinson, Cali Eaton and Nikolai Coger; her grandchild Former; her son-in-law Thomas Kiernan; and her friends, Meg and Doug Klopp.
