He is survived by: his daughters, Heather (Kebir Elbriki) and Sarah; his grandchild DJ; his wife Gail (Witt); his daughter Elizabeth "Liz" (Jared Hayes); his grandchildren, David Walker, Jr., Aya and Sanaa Elbriki; and his sister Dayle Noll. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
