He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howell and Jean Howell. He is survived by: his children, Myrtle Beach and Wamplers Lake; his wife Wendy; his children, Sean Howell (Stephani) and Courtney Rudolph (David); his stepchildren, Josh Nichols and Megan Nichols-Ramos (Luis); his siblings, Mary Burgess (Ed) of Diana Pirrwitz and Richard Pirrwitz of John Pirrwitz; and his grandchildren, Theodore and Vivienne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
