She is survived by: her children, Andrew Bak (Lexie) and Jenna Bak; her grandchildren, Heaven and Amelia; her siblings, Jeff (Rita) and Diane (Michael); her nieces and nephews, Matthew, Brendan, Shannon and Aidan; and her close friends, Debbie and Teri.
