With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Angeline Bailey (Maumee, Ohio), born in Coeburn, Virginia, who passed away on June 26, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert B. Bailey, Jr.; her parents, Everett Hobbs and Evelyn Hobbs; and her brothers, Bob Hobbs and Ron Hobbs.
She is survived by: her children, Aaron Bailey (Donna), Joel Bailey (Melinda) and Nichole Gillen (Joseph); her grandchildren, Donald Villarreal, Jr., Jaculyn Bailey-Lacy (Dominic), Joshua Bailey, Bailey Gillen, Sydney Gillen, Emily Gillen and Brett Bailey; her great grandchildren, Liliana, Raiden and Orion; and her siblings, Bill Hobbs, Al Hobbs (Tina), Brenda Elder (Barry), Barbara Bailey (William) and Gale Hulderman (Joseph). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider making a monetary donation on behalf of Joyce to The Church on Strayer, the funds will be designated to help build the New Life Care Center.
