He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John Hoffman and Ruth Hoffman; his wife Wilma Ruziscka; his children, Lindy Hansen (Rick) and John Hoffman (Maria); his grandchildren, Sarah Hansen (Christopher Wotta), Jacob Hansen (Kaylee) and J. T. Hoffman; and his siblings, Marilyn Fouke (Jim), Jerry Hoffman (Luanne), Allen Hoffman (Bonnie), Ned Hoffman (Cynthia), Jim Hoffman, Joan Haugh, Diane Nordhoff, Denise Benschoter (Kevin) and Janet Wiley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jack's name to St. Patrick of Heatherdowns and St. Jude's.
