She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Kapnick and Christine Kapnick (Cohrs); her sisters, Janice Clark (Kapnick) and Judith Ehinger (Kapnick); and her niece Jennifer Putirka (Victor).
She is survived by: her sister Jean Frye (James); and her nieces and nephews, Janine Keeton (Frye), Julie Harris (Frye), Janelle Elarton (Victor), Jolene Carson (Victor), Jeffrey Frye and Michael Ehinger. She is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
