She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Raitz and Vera Raitz (Ludeman); her husband John L. Stout; her daughter Gretchen Schiller; and her sister Norma Davidson.
She is survived by: her children, Eileen Tolson (Gary) of Holgate, OH, Pamela Walker (Thomas) of Maumee, OH, Kimberly Boardman (Mark) of Portage, MI, John Stout (Britt) of Millbury, OH and Derek Stout (Stacie) of Columbus, OH; her grandchildren, Christopher Walker (Dawn), Matthew Walker, Andrea Traxler (John), Paul Walker (Kate), Michael Tolson (Beth), David Tolson (Amy), Stephen Tolson (Valerie), Elizabeth Frankart (Caleb), Jennifer Surine (Steve), Nancy Kyser (Ryan), Jason Schiller (Erin), Sarah Schiller, Kyle Schiller (Lauren), Ryan Stout, Zachary Stout (Molly), Allison Stout and Grant Stout; and her sister Sue Schoettley. She is also survived by twenty-nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks the donations may be made in Janet's name to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or The Gardens of St. Francis, 930 S. Wynn Road, Oregon, Ohio 43616.
