She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Lipscomb and Margaret Graham; her stepmother Luella; her daughter Tammie Grant; and her brother Earl Lipscomb.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip T. Black; and her children, Miriam Miller (Rick), Lola Clark (James), Kenneth Scott, Caroline Nagel (Jim) and Donald Kerr. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
