It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Dennis Wozniak of Maumee, Ohio, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Wozniak; his mother Marie Miskow; and also, Stan and Louise Morton. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Tanner (David) and Tara Wozniak (Mike Rochford); his siblings, Sharon Blalock and Terry Wozniak (Karen); his grandchildren, Kate, Erin and Elizabeth (Evan); and his father Wallace Wozniak.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice Northwest Ohio.
