She was predeceased by: her son Donald Cotner; her siblings, Marguerite Shenk, Florence Albright, James Crist and Carl Crist; and her stepmother Opal Crist.
She is survived by: her parents, James Robert and Cornelia Crist (Haas); her son Jim Cotner (Kathy) of Whitehouse, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jim Cotner, Jr (Bethany) of Whitehouse and Michelle Osting (Nick) of Toledo; her great grandchildren, Henry Cotner and Hattie Osting; her daughter-in-law Dixie Cotner of Lima; and her granddaughters, Wendy and Chris.
