He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold and Marjorie; his siblings, MaryAnn and Thomas; and his sister-in-law Ina Sue Aubry.

He is survived by : his wife Linda; his son Harold A., III (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Lauren, Eric, Nicholas and Ryan; and his siblings, Marilyn Jesionowski (Bob), Sharon Bayer James (Kim), Richard, Barbara Stefanelli (John), John (Becky), Patrick (Susan) and Donald (Jamie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the St. Rose Scholarship Fund or the Ohio State Extension Master Gardeners Program.
