He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Underwood. He is survived by: his fiancée Danielle Salisbury; his children, Ciara Medina (Andy), Ace Medina and Cruz Medina; his grandchildren, Clover, Andrew and Ronin; his siblings, Donna Ramsey, Joey Medina (Jacque) and Karen Underwood; and his pet Diablo.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Toledo Humane Society.
