He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Waggoner and Betty J. Waggoner (Birtcher). He is survived by: his children, Jason Waggoner (Carrie), Justin Waggoner (Rhonda), Shawn Waggoner (Afton) and Christopher Waggoner (Rachael); his grandchildren, Brenden, Ethan, Roman, Jillian, Kane, Wesley, Autumn and Lincoln; and his brother John Waggoner (Dale). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to any local Veteran organization in the Toledo area.
