He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. Hayes and Nancy Hayes; his siblings, Edward F. Hayes Jr. and Barbara Shinaver; and his brother-in-law George Martinez.
He is survived by: his son Corey; his siblings, Mary Martinez and Jack Hayes (Sharon); and his brother-in-law Franklin Shinaver (Dan Save). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
