He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Tubbs and Donnah Tubbs (Caswell); his wife Delores Tubbs (Allewelt); his siblings, Marilynn Heer (Bob), Phyllis Kohn (Wade), Gary Tubbs and Donna Lee Tubbs; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Tubbs and George Gibson.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Morrow (Ben) and Charles "Matt" Tubbs; his grandchildren, Samantha, Spencer, Aloysius, Augustus and Violet; his siblings, Vivian Gibson, Larry Tubbs and Sharon Thomasson (Jerry); and his sister-in-law Ann Tubbs.
