She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cozy Andres (Grimes) and Ralph Andres; her husband Leon Davies; her children, Darley Davies, Deborah Davies (Rob Gatewood) of Perrysburg Ohio, Don Davies (Janet) of Walbridge Ohio and Doreen Davies; her stepchildren, Suzanne Morgan (Tom) of Toledo Ohio and Michael Billmaier (Linda) of Benton; her close friends, Leisa Cope and Connie Williams of Oregon Ohio; her son Dennis Davies; and her stepdaughters, Mary Wagener (Jim) and Martha Mullins (Dick). She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Audrey's memory to Maumee Valley Historical Society at the Walcott House or The Way Public Library Foundation in Perrysburg.
