He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Steines and Elizabeth Steines (Weitherstein); and his brother Edward "Ted" Steines. He is survived by: his children, Tara Steines of Hermitage and Thomas Brett Steines (Cynthia Faulhaber) of Streetsboro, OH; the mother of his children Darlene Steines; his grandchildren, Luke and Taylor Steines; his sisters, Kathy Litman (Tom) of Brookfield and Beth Ann Rogner of Coppell, TX; and his sister-in-law Frances Steines of Hermitage.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
