He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Allen and Doretha Weir Allen; his wife Shirley Brownlee; his sons, Roy (Judy) and James (Marie); his grandchildren, Joshua Allen of Tucson and Ashley Allen of Macedonia, Ohio.; his stepsisters, Patricia McClelland of Alliance, Ohio. and Marilyn Krahling of Alliance, Ohio.; his stepmother Lucille Morlan Allen; his grandparents, Floyd, Minnie Allen, Archie and Gertrude Weir; and his parents-in-law, James and Catherine Brownlee.
