He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Clark and Regina Mae Clark (Muldowney); his sisters, Nelly Clark, Candace Praznik-Smith (Clark) and Deborah Jajko (Clark); and his nephew Joey Clark.

He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Lee; his grandchildren, Gracie Mae, Jackson Paul Teal and Cynthia Clark of Masury; and his siblings, James of Sharon, Danny of Sharon, Jackie Clark of Sharon, Randy Clark (Amy) of Brookfield, Timmy Clark (April) of Masury and Colleen Wright of Sharon. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
