It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Neal of Masury, Ohio, born in Sharon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 14, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Klein and Helen Palko Klein (Kraynak); her stepfather George Palko; her stepbrothers, George Palko, Jr. and David Palko; her former husband Rodney Bruce Neal; and her siblings-in-law, Harold Wayne Neal Jr. and Sonja Neal.
She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Rigby (Erik) of Hubbard; her grandson Logan Rigby; her sister Debbie Branca (Jim) of Farrell, PA.; her siblings-in-law, First Sergeant Dana Neal of St. Cloud, FL. and Julie Palko of Phoenix, AZ; and her nephews, Jimmy Branca (Yvonne) and Jordan Branca (Heather). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nephews and nieces.
