He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian E. Addis and Stanley T. Addis; his wife Joann Syersak Addis; and his sister Sandra Jean Smith of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.. He is survived by: his brothers, Lindsey J. (Mary Jo) of Sharpsville and David J. (Kay) of Mount Pleasant, SC.; and also Mike Byus.
