She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Matusick and Natalie Matusick (LeDonne); and her niece Julie Buckley Meszaros. She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Adkins (Matt); her siblings, Sylvia Webber, Michael of Hermitage and Mouse Matusick (Jane) of Hermitage; and her nieces and nephews, Shari Williams, Matthew Webber, Aaron and Helen Matusick. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
