He is survived by: his nephew Rich; his wife Deborah Lambert Kuminkoski; his children, Christopher Kuminkoski (Rhonda), Jimmy Kuminkoski (Molly) of Butler and Ashley Kuminkoski of Butler; his stepdaughter Laura Komar; his siblings, Herman Kuminkoski (Sandy) and Ardella Sincock; and his grandchildren, Katie, Josie, Kearsten, Morgan, Topher, Lyric, Connor, Marley, Robbie and Cam Phillip Kuminkoski.
