She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George W. Ruff and Mabel C. Ruff (Thornberry); her nephews, Charles Ruff (Terry) of Clifton Park and Thomas A. Ruff (Susan) of Caldwell, Ohio; her niece Cindy Ruff of Hermitage; her husband Lester B. Howell; and her brother William G. Ruff.
