She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Catherine Soltis Smith; her spouse Regis "Leo" DeMay; and her siblings, Dianne Smith, Paul Smith and Michael Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph DeMay (Donna) and Bryan DeMay (Shelly); her sisters, Geraldine Lopuchovsky (George), Kathleen Thompson (Lewis), Rosemary Barnes (Bob), Linda Sypert, Marian Kolat (Bill) and Eileen Graef (Bob); her sister-in-law Mary Smith; and her brothers, John Smith and Martin Smith.
