She was predeceased by: her parent Hope Joseph. She is survived by: her parent Mary E. Osborn (Thomas); her spouse John E. Chestnut Jr.; her daughter Nancy Summerville of Masury, OH; her grandchildren, Samantha Summerville of Denver, CO and Jason Summerville (Michelle) of Masury, OH; her great grandchildren, Kacy Summerville and Allison Summerville; and her siblings, Margaret Hougelman, Howard Osborn and Lewis Osborn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
