He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Welsch and Marjorie Welsch (Narney); his wife Sharon Welsch; and his grandmother Ruth Gregory. He is survived by: his children, Scott Welsch (Lisa Wiley) and Jennifer Welsch; his sisters, Joyce McKimm (Earl) and Christy Thorley (David); his nieces, Andrea McFerren (Mike) and Kristen McKimm; and his cousins, Jay, Diane, Kathy (Terry) and Terry "Turkey".
