He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Swagart; his children, Susan Shanklin (Randy) and Lynell Shilling (Eric); his grandchildren, Alysha Shanklin (Ryan), Danielle Shanklin (Aaron), Trevor Harris (Marlene) and Megan Jenkins (Charlie); and his close friend Charlie White. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
