With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tom Robert Hamilton of Massillon, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 9, 2025 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tom Robert Hamilton to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hamilton and Mildred Hamilton (Appleby); his granddaughter Justine Hitchcock; his former wife Janet Hamilton (Moore); and his son-in-law Chuck Gossard.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hamilton; his children, Christina Johnston (Ed), Kimberly Gossard, Tom Hamilton (Jennifer), Jennifer Stanko (John) and Annette Begue (Mark); his grandchildren, Stephanie Hendrix (Josh), Chaz Gossard, Jessica Widder (Jordan), Hanna Dennis (Jake), Taylor Krebs, Cody Colly (Brandi), Jacob Begue, Brody Begue, Brock Begue and Elliana Begue; and his sister Julia Straley. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Paquelet Funeral Home (1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
