He was predeceased by: his father Richard Paul Sampsel, Sr.; his brother Terry Sampsel; and his sister-in-law Shirley Sampsel. He is survived by: his wife Saundra Holman-Sampsel; his children, Dustin Keifer, Joshua Sampsel and Elaina Berry; his mother Jean Ann Maddox-Sampsel; and his brothers, Rick Sampsel (Terry), Scott Sampsel (Angela) and Chris Sampsel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many friends.
