He is survived by: his nieces, Lori Link (Dale) and Valerie Davis; his sister Patty Bottomley; his siblings-in-law, Sandy Koppes and Donald Fisher (Pam); his nieces and nephews, Carl Koppes, Michael Bottomley, Matthew Bottomley, Eric Koppes, Barb Miller, Kim Johnson and Alice Cushman; his caregiver Kerrie Schembechler; and his aunt Beatrice Paul.
