He is survived by: his mother Kristine Lauritzen Fellows; his brothers, Nicholas Lauritzen Davison of Kuala Lumpur and Alexander Dean Fellows of Madison, Wisconsin; his grandmother Jane Greer Lauritzen of Canton, Ohio; his significant other Kathleen Anne Carney of Chicago, Illinois.; his former wife Nousha Ralyn Parkhill; and his pet Oliver of San Antonio, Texas..
